Medicare has decided we need to lose 20 lbs before we can have our surgeries!
I don't know how many more I need to lose, but, it's now personal, and I will do it!!!!
I realized that the Village People are perfect to "dance" to, so when my check comes in, I'll buy a copy of their hits.
And shake my bootie!

Hell, that and shakes were our pre-op diet. Do a pre-op diet NOW and cleans and lose at the same time!!

I agree. You can do it. A lot of physicians make you lose weight on your own before having surgery. Good luck.
